Presidential Decree 577 (PD 577) Scholarship This scholarship is given to children of military personnel who died or have been incapacitated in the line of duty. The recipient should be a freshman applicant. Grantees are given full tuition and development and laboratory fees waiver. They may enroll in any degree program of the College.
